• Subscription and billing information
• Business content uploaded to the platform (e.g., menus, logos, business details)

Customer Inputs (for AI Google Review)

• Voice input: Customer-provided audio recordings to create draft Google Reviews
• Transcribed text: AI-generated text based on customer voice input
• C8KE does not permanently store customer voice recordings

Analytics Data

• QR code scan activity
• Review generation attempts
• Conversion and engagement statistics

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve AI Services (AI Google Review, AI Menu, etc.)
• To generate review drafts from customer voice input
• To provide merchants with analytics and performance insights
• To support multiple languages in review generation
• To process billing and manage subscriptions
• We do not sell customer or merchant data to third parties

4. Data Retention

• Customer voice data: Processed in real time, transcribed, and deleted immediately after review generation
• Transcribed review drafts: Retained only in the merchant’s account; merchants may delete them at any time
• Merchant account data: Retained while the account is active. Upon account closure, we delete or anonymize data within 60 days

5. Sharing of Information

• Customer voice data and review drafts are not automatically shared with Google or third parties
• Customers may choose to post reviews to Google themselves
• We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics, reporting, or product improvement

6. Security

• We use industry-standard encryption and safeguards to protect stored and transmitted data
• Access to data is restricted to authorized C8KE personnel only

7. Your Rights

• Merchants can access, update, or delete their account information at any time
• Customers may request deletion of generated review drafts linked to their input
